Message	You said they served no purpose, and you were wrong. I am politely correcting you. Also, I remembered "city lights" on the train ride home. As I recall, the law demands you have headlights on if you have fog lights on. You ideally would like to minimize backscattered glare and extra-dim headlight settings allow you to do so while still satisfying the law. I believe the halo lights would serve this second purpose in addition to the first. Yeah, yeah it is expensive... - John
